Dear Suzette, I wanted to say thank you so much for all your help to make my Mum’s funeral go so perfectly. It was everything I wanted it to be. Everyone thought the Vicar you chose was great, and Duncan and his colleagues were so comforting and respectful.  It’s such a hard time for us and you always made me feel better, and were so patient when I was a bit obsessive about some of the details.  I’m so grateful you showed me the brochure for the colourful coffins.
