I just wanted to thank you for a lovely heart felt service yesterday. It was a personal and loving tribute to mum with some funny things mixed in as well noting her fiery character. Everyone commented on how lovely you conducted the service and were really pleasantly surprised. I don’t think any of them had considered having a lady conduct the service. I think they thought it would be a man and a little stuffy. A refreshing change!
