I wish to add a personal thank you. The staff at Uxbridge supported me through a difficult time.
Not once did I feel rushed or under pressure to make a decision. Options were discussed and I felt the final arrangements would have pleased Mum.
I did not feel we were ‘going through the motions’ but that I was an individual with individual needs.
So a sincere thank you for a job very well done
