Correspondence with client in Texas
As promised I am writing to let you know that the cremation takes place at 9am on the 26th of this month.
I’m not sure what the time is in Texas but I’m sure you can work it out and have a few minutes in her memory.
to which the client replied
I want to thank you for taking such good care of us and Ms A**** during our time of mourning. Bless you.
I wanted to thank you and all involved for the excellent service you gave us. I’m sorry I can’t remember the names of all the staff I came into contact with but without exception they were kind and could not do enough to make the day go smoothly.
So many who attended the service commented on Colin Irwin and how he had capture Mum to a ‘T’. He included some light-hearted comments which lifted us and brought a smile to our faces.
The flowers you organised were exactly what Mum would have loved, so please thank the florist, too.
Thank you all once again.
I just want to say a big thank you to you, on behalf of my Mum and all of us, for your kindness, support and professionalism during our difficult time. Thank you for putting our minds at rest when we wondered if we would make it through heavy snow. And thank you for looking after Dad, he looked so peaceful when we saw him in the Chapel of Rest…..all the worry, agitation and fear had gone from his face and we knew then that he was at peace and no longer suffering. That helped a lot.
The Gentlemen on the day were very respectful and Richard the Conductor was very helpful. Robin the Celebrant conducted the service brilliantly…..we were so pleased.
The whole day went very smoothly, in spite the weather, so thank you again from the whole family.
Just a brief note to say how well things went yesterday and to say thank you to you and the team.
Colin hit just the right note in his address.
I think it unlikely I shall need a funeral director in the Uxbridge area in the near future but if I do I certainly know where to look.
Thank you very much for all your help, advice and kindness you have shown me during this sad event.
Thanks also to Duncan and his team at the crematorium for their efforts and professionalism.
Everyone I spoke to on the day and later, said how smoothly it all went.
Suzette, I am forever grateful. I think you must be your company’s greatest asset
